Papakonstantinou Street-Nemea with the following subjects:<\/p><p>1. Submission and approval of the Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2021 (1\/1-31\/12\/2021) as well as the Reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditors in accordance with the ELP.<\/p><p>2. Exoneration of the Board of Directors and the Auditors from any responsibility for the events of the 2021 financial year.<\/p><p>3.
