In recent years, AOSN has been investing time and resources in quality, with Total Quality Management as its main focus. This has the effect of improving its competitive position in the market day by day. It is certified for ISO & HACCP according to ELOT EN ISO 9001:2008 & ELOT ISO 22000:2005 Standards.
With the Food Safety Policy, the AOS NEMEAS Organization, with scope of application “Production, Bottling and Trading of Wine”, recognizes and informs all its staff, as well as all its customers and suppliers, that it implements a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in accordance with requirements of ELOT EN ISO 22000:2005 and FSSC 22000. Its maintenance focuses on ensuring the following actions, to:

Commits & Ensures, daily auditing the processes that support its agreements with customers and suppliers
Provides the customer with products safe for consumption.
For this reason the organization continuously seeks
To inform & train his staff in all processes that affect food safety
To have & maintain its facilities & equipment in a condition that will protect the produced food
To achieve a high level of performance in production processes, cleaning, maintenance, use of materials and employee behavior
To have instructions and procedures for operation, handling, control of preventive measures in order to eliminate or reduce to an acceptable level risks that may be introduced into the food to be produced
To assess with the assistance of all employees where possible and required the suitability of the system and to revise it when deemed appropriate.
To have, whenever necessary, the required financial resources for continuous improvement of its products and services.
Take care to eliminate or reduce the risks of malicious actions as well as attempts at food fraud
At the same time, it has all the necessary procedures to act immediately in the event that it is found that it has produced a product that is unsafe for consumption, they are withdrawn from the market or from its warehouses.
Finally, the SDAT team monitors all parameters to ensure the safety of the produced food, having set specific goals, to evaluate the effectiveness of the SDAT.
